  SCHAEFFERSTOWN Daniel J. Leib, 92, died Sunday, October 31, 2010, in the 
  StoneRidge Towne Centre, Myerstown. He was the husband of Kathryn Hartman Leib, 
  with whom he was married to for 72 years. He was born September 16, 1918, in 
  Schaefferstown, a son of the late Leon and Norma Hickernell Leib. Dan was 
  employed as service manager for the former Burt Webber Chevelot in 
  Schaefferstown and Williams Chevelot, Cadillac in Lebanon and also was an 
  appraiser for George Kline Insurance Company. He served in the U.S. Army during 
  World War II. He was a member of the St. Paul's United Church of Christ in 
  Schaefferstown and the Lebanon County Fireman's Association. He served as past 
  president of the Heidelberg Lions Club and past president of the Lebanon 
  American Automobile Association. He served on the school board for the 
  Schaefferstown High School and ELCO School District; he was involved with the 
  Schaefferstown Cemetery Corporation where he was the caretaker for many years. 
  Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons, Daniel L. husband of Kathryn J. 
  Leib of Schaefferstown; Robert B. husband of Cynthia Leib of Charlotte, N.C.; 
  daughter, Carol Ann wife of Frank Pajski of Newmanstown; five grandchildren; 12 
  great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lois wife of Luke Mock of Schaefferstown. He 
  was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Hoffman. Funeral service will be held 
  at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made 
  in his memory to the St. Paul's UCC, 305 W. Main St., Schaefferstown, PA 17088.
