  Allen Cecil "Mick" Lentz 
   
  Allen C. Lentz KENTUCKY Allen Cecil 'Mick' Lentz, 80, former resident of 
  Elizabethtown, Ky., U.S. Army First Sergeant at Ft. Knox who served in WWII and 
  Korea, and recipient of the Purple Heart, passed away March 15, 2010, after a 
  four year battle with dementia. His wife, Phyllis Jean (Hite) Lentz, preceded 
  him in death on March 27, 1999, in Elizabethtown, Ky. Survivors include his 
  sisters, Polly (Lola) Hoover of Lebanon, Emma Reid of Curwensville, Charlotte 
  Wilson of Curwensville, and Lorraine Rutter of Lebanon; brother, John Lentz of 
  Tyrone; sons, Garry and Dale of Alexandria, Ky.; and three grandchildren. Care 
  Cremation & Funeral Service in Lexington, Ky., is in charge of arrangements. 
  Memorial donations may be made to your local animal shelter in Allen's name.
