  LEBANON Melvin L. Lentz, 88, died Tuesday, December 14, 2010, at home. Born in 
  South Annville Twp. on June 8, 1922, he was the son of the late Isaac L. and 
  Stella Imboden Lentz. He worked in farming all his life most notably on the 
  Dave Davies Farm. He also worked for Mark C. Hershey Farms. Surviving is a 
  daughter, Linda wife of Richard Boyer, with whom he lived; two brothers, Mark 
  Lentz of Annville, Elwood Lentz of Campbelltown; four sisters, Marian Parks of 
  Lancaster, Marie Garrett of Annville, Eleanor Brown of Campbelltown, and Myrl 
  Hershey of Annville; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and four great-
  great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. from the 
  Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will 
  be in Grand View Memorial Park. Viewing will be held on Friday from 12 noon to 
  2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to 
  the GSH Hospice, P.O. Box 1281, Lebanon, PA 17042 in his memory.
