  ANNVILLE Mark Z. 'Cocky' Longenecker, 87, Annville, died Friday, December 24, 
  2010, in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. He was the husband of Sara J. 
  Heilman Longenecker. Born in Annville on May 2, 1923, he was the son of the 
  late Harry and Carrie Zeigler Longenecker. He was a postal clerk at the 
  Annville Post Office retiring in 1984. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. A 
  1941 graduate of Annville High School, he was a member of the Annville Church 
  of the Brethren. Cocky was an avid Phillies Fan and enjoyed fishing, tieing his 
  own flies, golfing, and woodworking. Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a 
  son, Mark E. Longenecker of Annville; two daughters, Joan wife of Kevin Murray 
  of Annville, Ann wife of Eric Allen of Custer, S.D.; three grandchildren, 
  Joshua Murray, Ella Allen, Makenna Allen; a brother, Wilbur D. 'Oscar' 
  Longenecker of Annville; and a sister, Esther C. Wentling of Annville. He was 
  preceded in death by a brother, John Longenecker; and a sister, Helen Foltz. 
  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Kreamer Funeral 
  Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment with Military Honors 
  will be in Grand View Memorial Park. Viewing will be held on Wednesday from 10-
  11 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to 
  the Annville Church of the Brethren, 495 E. Maple St., Annville, PA 17003.
