  Lela W. Lopes 
   
  HERSHEY Lela W. Lopes, 90, formerly of Schaefferstown, died Thursday, November 
  25, 2010, in the Hershey Medical Center. She was born February 10, 1920, in 
  Lebanon, a daughter of the late J. Carlos and Sarah R. Weaber Lopes. She was a 
  retired employee of Sterling Drug, Inc. in Myerstown, with 40 years of service. 
  Lela was a member of the Schaefferstown Fire Co. Auxiliary, Historic 
  Schaefferstown, RSVP of Schaefferstown, and the Farm Women Group #8, where she 
  was formerly their treasurer. She was a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and 
  enjoyed stamp collecting and solving puzzle games. She is survived by seven 
  nephews and nieces; four great-nephews and great-nieces; and two great-great-
  nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Olga L. Casavant, Zelia W. 
  Lopes, Rita L. Kreiser, and Ruth W. Lopez. At Lela's request, her funeral 
  service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, 
  contributions may be made in her memory to Historic Schaefferstown, Inc., N. 
  Market St., Schaefferstown, PA 17088; or Schaefferstown Fire Co. Auxiliary, Oak 
  and Locust Sts., Schaefferstown, PA 17088. Clauser Funeral Home, Inc. is 
  handling her arrangements.
