  John J. Marisic MT GRETNA John J. Marisic, 63, of 2 Batdorf Ave., Box 273, died 
  Tuesday, January 5, 2010, in the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband 
  of Sally Cox Marisic, with whom he celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary in 
  December 2009. Born in Harrisburg, on January 25, 1946, he was the son of the 
  late John J., Sr. and Barbara Pavucek Marisic. He was the Director of Computing 
  at Elizabethtown College and a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam. John graduated 
  from Bishop McDevitt High School in 1963, The Johns Hopkins University in 1967, 
  and did graduate work at the University of Maryland. He served on the Board of 
  the Mt. Gretna Historical Society and was a member for 30 years, and served as 
  vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of The Pennsylvania State Employees 
  Credit Union. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two daughters, Anne L. 
  Marisic and Katie Marisic, both of Washington, D.C.; a sister, Barbara, wife of 
  Kerry Kerns of Steelton; and his motherin-law, Margaret Cox of Manheim. A 
  Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2010, from the 
  Mt. Gretna Fire Company, Blvd. Ave., Mt. Gretna. Interment will be held at the 
  convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the 
  Mt. Gretna Historical Society, 206 Pennsylvania Ave., Mt. Gretna, PA 17064; or 
  the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, 3908 Corey Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
