  A. Eugene "Gene" Martin 
  
  A. Eugene Martin FREDERICKSBURG A. Eugene "Gene" Martin, 54, passed away on 
  Tuesday, May 25, 2010, in Bethel Twp. He was the husband of Rebecca J. Tyrpin 
  Martin and on July 25, 2010, they would have celebrated their 29th wedding 
  anniversary. He was born on October 11, 1955, in Chambersburg. He worked for 
  the Susquehanna Bank in Lititz as a Credit Review Officer. He was an Eagle 
  Scout and a Scout Master for Troop 447 in Fredericksburg. He was a member of 
  the Order of the Arrow and was awarded the Vigil Honor, which is the highest 
  honor that the Order can bestow upon its members. In addition to his wife, he 
  is survived by his son, Adam E. Martin, and his daughter, Haley M. Martin, both 
  at home. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica M. Martin. Funeral 
  services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at the Kreamer & Lum 
  Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 and Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown. Visitation 
  will be held on Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and prior to the service on 
  Tuesday. Interment will be held at the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Fredericksburg. In 
  lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friends of Camp Bashore, 
  160 Moonshine Road, Jonestown, PA 17038.
