  Christine R. Matthew STOUCHSBURG Christine R. Matthew, 86, died Monday, March 
  8, 2010, in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Emlin J. Matthew. She was 
  born July 19, 1923, in Heidelberg Township, a daughter of the late Harry and 
  Gertrude Wolfe Beamesderfer. Christine was a homemaker and a retired employee 
  of the Richland Knitting Mill with ten years of service. She was a member of 
  the Trinity Tulpehocken United Church of Christ in Richland, Newmanstown Fire 
  Co. Ladies Auxiliary, Millcreek Older Bunch and the Senior Center of Myerstown 
  where she volunteered for many years. She enjoyed gardening and crocheting. She 
  is survived by children, Betty, wife of Arthur Patches of Newmanstown, Roy 
  Matthew of Myerstown, Loretta, wife of Robert Bausher of Stouchsburg, Mary Lou 
  Kreiser of Newmanstown, and James Matthew of Stouchsburg; 12 grandchildren; 19 
  greatgrandchildren; four greatgreat-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth 
  Beamesderfer of Tioga Co.; and sister, Sara Fetter of Richland. Funeral service 
  will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial 
  contributions may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association , 
  P.O. Box 1263, Lebanon, PA 17042. Clauser Funeral Home, Inc. is handling the 
  arrangements.
