  Harvey W. "Butz" Maulfair 
   
  Harvey W. Maulfair PALMYRA Harvey W. "Butz" Maulfair, 84, of 125 S. Windsor 
  Ave., died on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was 
  born on Sunday, February 22, 1925, to the late Joseph Maulfair and Violet G. 
  Maulfair, nee Killian, in Lebanon. He worked as truck driver and was a veteran 
  of the Army in World War II. He was a member of Jonestown Bible Church since 
  1961. He was also a member of the NRA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, and 
  bowling, and was an avid Eagles fan and a major Phillies fan. Surviving are 
  sons, Joseph G., spouse of Wendy Maulfair of Annville, and Dennis, spouse of 
  Lois I. Maulfair of Lebanon; and grandchildren, Jill Kreider, Jason Maulfair, 
  Jordan Maulfair, Angela K. Maulfair, and Sean E. Maulfair. He was preceded in 
  death by Evelyn I. Maulfair nee Gordon. Viewing will be on Thursday from 7 to 9 
  p.m. at Jonestown Bible Church, Jonestown. Funeral services will be on Friday 
  at 11 a.m. at the church with a viewing at 10 a.m. Burial will be at South 
  Bellegrove Cemetery, Annville, following the service. Memorial contributions 
  may be made to Jonestown Bible Church, 14 Silvertown Road, Jonestown, PA 17038. 
  Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. is honored to serve the family with the 
  arrangements.
