  Prudence McMindes 
  
  JUPITER, FL Prudence McMindes, 89, passed away peacefully at her home with her 
  family by her side on Wednesday, September 29, 2010. She was predeceased by her 
  husband, Roy, in 2008. Prudence is survived by her daughters, Joan McMindes of 
  Jupiter, Fla., and Gail McMindes of Greensboro, Vt.; her son, James McMindes 
  and his wife, Sondra of Boise, Idaho; and her sister, Connie Wofford of Henry, 
  Tenn. She also leaves behind four grandsons, four great-grandsons, and one 
  great-granddaughter. Graveside service will be held Monday, October 4, 10 a.m. 
  at The South Florida V.A. Cemetery, Lake Worth, Fla. Memorial contributions may 
  be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 
  33407. Aycock Funeral Home, Jupiter, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.
