  Shelva J. Messner LEBANON Shelva J. Messner, 72, died Friday, July 23, 2010, in 
  the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of James L. Messner, who died 
  March 2008. She was born November 15, 1937, in Lebanon, a daughter of Edith 
  Auman Messner of Lebanon and the late Robert Sholly. Shelva was employed by 
  Reese's of Hershey. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are children, Rock 
  H., husband of Susi Werdt of Florida, Rick R., husband of Ruth Werdt of 
  Harrisburg, Sandra L., wife of Joseph Gould of Lebanon, and Susan J., wife of 
  Mark Oglesby of Georgia; grandchildren, Alison Werdt, Monica Werdt, and Isabele 
  Atwood; stepgrandchildren, Bree Owens St. John and Sabrina Owens; and step 
  greatgrandchildren, Zachary, Mackenzie, and Avery St. John. Funeral service 
  will be held at the convenience of the family. Private interment will be made 
  in Grand View Memorial Park. Rohland Funeral Home, Inc. is handling the 
  arrangements.
