Chocolate Ave., died Thursday, October 14, 2010, in the Hershey Medical Center. He was the husband of Nancy M. Allen Morris, with whom he celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary this past July. Born in Hummelstown, on May 8, 1942, he was the son of the late Larkin and Maggie Keyton Morris. He was retired from the Press Room at Hershey Foods Corporation and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. He graduated from Hershey High School in 1960. He attended the Lebanon Valley Bible Church, was a member of the Hershey American Legion Post, and was a member and Past Commander of the Hummelstown VFW Post 1687. Charles had a unique sense of humor, was a great provider, had a strong faith, loved his family, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. As a devoted grandfather, he enjoyed attending his grandchildren's sporting events, along with spending time with his retired friends. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Marc A. Rodenhaber of Hershey; a daughter, Kelly, wife of William E. Parks of Annville; two grandchildren, Kayla J. Parks and Gordon C. Parks; two brothers, John, husband of Joy Morris of Harrisburg, and James, husband of Margaret Morris of Harrisburg; three sisters, Pauline Keyton of Hershey, Mary, wife of Kurt Domjahn of Etters, and Dorothy Bernardo of Palmyra; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Wagner. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors. Viewing will be held on Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
