  Gertrude E. Murray MYERSTOWN Gertrude Elizabeth (O'Malley) Murray, 101, died 
  Wednesday, February 10, 2010, in E.C.C. Retirement Village Community, 
  Myerstown. She was the wife of Thomas H. Murray, who died April 14, 1998. The 
  couple had been married over 63 years. She was born January 27, 1909, in 
  Scranton, the daughter of the late Hubert and Elizabeth (Skiffington) O'Malley. 
  She lived in Clarks Summit since 1950 before moving to Myerstown in 2002. She 
  was educated in the Scranton Schools and formerly was employed by the Scranton 
  Lace Company as a sewing operator. She was a member of Our Lady of the Snows 
  Church. Surviving are a son, Thomas H. Murray, Jr. of Myerstown; a sister, 
  Alice Gavin of Georgia; five grandchildren; 10 greatgrandchildren; and nieces 
  and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert, who died 1985; two 
  brothers, Hubert and William O'Malley; four sisters, Mary Gilboy, Margaret 
  Barrett, Agnes Hopkins, and Kathleen Kinsella; and daughter-inlaw, Angela Marie 
  Murray, who died January 6, 2010. The funeral will be Tuesday with Mass of 
  Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of the Snows, 301 S. State St., 
  Clarks Summit. Interment will be in Cathedral Cemetery. The family will receive 
  relatives and friends Tuesday from 9 to 10:15 a.m. at the the Jennings-Calvey 
  Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 111 Colburn Ave., Clarks Summit, PA 
  18411. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of the Snows Building 
  Fund, 301 S. State St., Clarks Summit, PA 18411; or charity of the donor's 
  choice.
