Oberholtzer, 76, entered into rest at Ephrata Community Hospital on Sunday, July 4, 2010. Born in Leacock Township, he was the son of the late Aaron L. and Katie S. (Kreider) Oberholtzer and the husband of Anna Mary (Eberly) Oberholtzer. A salesman, he was a member of Springville Mennonite Church, Ephrata Township. In addition to his wife, Adin is survived by his seven children: James E., married to Marian W. (Zimmerman) Oberholtzer; Mark E., married to Linda W. (Martin) Oberholtzer; Irene E., married to David Richard; Clair E., married to Linda E. (Weaver) Oberholtzer; Edith E., married to Jerry B. Martin; Adin E., married to Karen L. (Hurst) Oberholtzer; and Anna E., married to Myron Miller; 43 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers: Paul, married to Esther Mae (Weaver) Oberholtzer, Maylon, married to Edna Mae (Zimmerman) Oberholtzer, and Nathan, married to Miriam (Nolt) Oberholtzer; and two sisters: Mary, married to Ivan Nolt and Cathryn Oberholtzer. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Norman, Aaron and John and his sister Martha. A viewing will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Midway Reception Center, 210 E. Lexington Road, Lititz. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. at Midway Reception Center with further services at 10 a.m. at the Springville Mennonite Church. Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery. Please omit flowers. Arrangements by Stradling Funeral Homes, Akron/Ephrata.
