  Charles A. Paul HERSHEY Charles A. Paul, 92, passed away Friday, January 15, 
  2010. Charlie shared 72 loving years with his wife, Alma (Lingle) Paul, who 
  survives him. Charlie was born in Grantville, August 2, 1917, to the late 
  Charles and Lillie (Kline) Paul. He was an active member of Zion Lutheran 
  Church in Jonestown. Charlie was a veteran of WWII, serving in France, and a 
  lifetime member of the Hershey American Legion. He was retired from the 
  Department of Military Affairs at Indiantown Gap, and from Herco. Charlie 
  enjoyed woodworking, yard work, tinkering around the house and spending time 
  with his family. In addition to his wife, Charlie is survived by daughter, 
  Mae 'Tommie' (Paul) Lauber and husband, Norb of Palmyra; a son Gary Paul and 
  wife, Vicki of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Tamara (Lauber) McElwee, Kelly 
  Lauber, Christopher Paul, Stefanie (Paul) Matta, Andrew Paul, and Caroline 
  (Paul) Johnston; 12 greatgrandchildren; and a greatgreat-grandson. He is 
  preceded in death by a brother, Merle Paul; and by sisters, Emma Reiner and 
  Mildred Longreen. Funeral services will be held at Zion Lutheran Church, 103 E. 
  Market St., Jonestown at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday followed by a military burial at 
  Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. The family invites friends and 
  relatives to join them at Zion Lutheran Church for a luncheon following the 
  burial. In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie's memory can be made to the 
  Zion Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 658, Jonestown, PA 17038.
