"Roger" Ream, 88, of 590 S. 5th Ave., died on Sunday, September 5, 2010, at Cedar Haven. He was born on Sunday, March 12, 1922, to the late Harry Ream and Mae Ream nee Hartman in New Castle, Del. He was a member of First Evangelical Congregational Church. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps in World War II. He was a truck driver for New Penn. He also enjoyed NASCAR. Surviving are sons, Thomas W., spouse of Cynthia Ream, Jon D., spouse of Kathy Ream, Terry A. Ream, and Ronald L. Ream; daughters, Mary C., spouse of Richard Meininger, Joyce, spouse of Stephen Koehler, and two other daughters; stepson, James Lymaster; stepdaughters, Hattie M. Moyer and Betty Dick; grandchildren, Scott Ream, Lori Miller, Patrick Ream, Terry L. Ream, Melody Ream, Brian Ream, Derek Ream, Chad Koehler, Melissa Sidella, and Kevin Schaeffer; 18 stepgrandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 41 step great- grandchildren; 81 step great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Grace Bixler and Gladys Hostetter. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Helen C. Ream. Viewing will be on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, following the service.
