  Allen James Reilly 
   
  Allen James Reilly LEBANON Allen James Reilly, 10 months old, of Lebanon passed 
  away Saturday, April 24, 2010, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. Allen was 
  born in Lebanon, June 5, 2009, son of Tanya L. Haulman and James P. Reilly. 
  Allen was their 'miracle baby.' In addition to his parents, Allen is survived 
  by two siblings, Cecelia Bree Keefer and Patrick James Reilly; maternal 
  grandmother, Barbara Haulman; paternal grandmother, Patricia Reilly; great-
  grandmother, Anne Mae O'Leary; aunt and uncle, Steve and Karen Haulman; great-
  aunt and uncle, Anna and Randy Haulman; great-uncles, Walt, Kevin, and John; 
  great aunt, Denise; and three cousins. Preceded in death by grandfathers, Allen 
  Haulman and James F. Reilly; great-grandmother, Margaret K. White and great-
  grandfather, Walter O'Leary. Funeral Service will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday from 
  Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., provider of the community program 'Our Little 
  Angel', 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon. Interment at Grand View Memorial Park, 
  Annville. Viewing hours Wednesday morning from 10 to 11:30 at the funeral home. 
  Contributions may be made in Allen's name to the Children's Miracle Network,
