  Cecil W. Rhoads, Jr. LEBANON Cecil W. Rhoads, Jr., 86, passed away Thursday, 
  July 8, 2010, at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband of Christine 
  E. Allwein Rhoads. Born in Philadelphia, on January 21, 1924, Cecil was a son 
  of the late Cecil W. and Mabel I. Schlott Rhoads. He worked as a Bookbinder at 
  the former Sowers Printing Co. for 40 years. He was a 1941 graduate of Lebanon 
  High School. Cecil was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. In addition to his 
  wife, he is survived by two children, Robert J. Rhoads of Illinois, and Suzanne 
  K., wife of Thomas Elliott of Lebanon; two grandchildren, Thomas W. Elliott and 
  Elizabeth A. Breidenstine; three greatgrandchildren; one brother, Samuel 
  Rhoads, and one sister, Mary Rager, both of Lebanon; and several nieces and 
  nephews. Funeral services are at the convenience of the family. Thompson 
  Funeral Home, Inc., Lebanon, is in charge of the arrangements.
