  Lois J. Rittle MYERSTOWN Lois J. Rittle, 65, died Saturday, May 8, 2010, at her 
  residence. She was the wife of Donald E. Rittle, Sr., to whom she would have 
  been married 48 years on June 2. Born in West Palm Beach, Florida, on October 
  26, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Irvin F. and Levena E. (Fittery) 
  Clay. She was a 1962 graduate of Bethel High School and had been a sales clerk 
  at Boscov's in Lebanon, for 27 years, retiring January 2010. She was a member 
  of St. John's Church, Mt. Aetna, where she served as treasurer of the Women's 
  Guild. She had been a Mary Kay consultant for 26 years; vice president of the 
  Preservation Trust for Trinity U.B. Church, Mt. Aetna; a life member of the 
  National Rifle Assn.; member of the Pa. Sheriff's Assn. and was an avid reader. 
  In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Donald E. Rittle, Jr. of 
  Womelsdorf; godchildren, James C. Reed of Bernville, Lisa M. wife of Jeffrey 
  Kimmy of Mechanicsburg, Christine wife of Bradley Hershey of Lebanon.; sisters, 
  Beverly Clay of Reading, Nancy wife of Richard Julian of Edina, Minnesota, 
  Jacqueline wife of Robert Jenkins of Dayton, Maryland, Eileen wife of Brian 
  Billman of Jonestown, Carol wife of David Ward of Lovettsville, Virginia; and 
  several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Scott Alan 
  Rittle in 1962. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. from St. 
  John's Church, Mt. Aetna. There will be no viewing. Family will receive friends 
  Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the adjoining church 
  cemetery. Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, is in charge of arrangements.
