Rutt BERNVILLE Nevin Hursh Rutt, 52, died unexpectedly in a farm accident on Thursday, January 14, 2010. He was the loving husband of Mary Ann Martin Rutt, with whom he celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary in June 2009. He was born in Ephrata, Lancaster County, a son of Ervin and Mary Hursh Rutt of Manheim. He was a self-employed farmer, raising produce and selling it along Route 183 at the Bernville Fire Co. He was also a part-time truck driver for Conestoga Wood Specialties, East Earl. He was a member of the Martin's Mennonite Church of the Weaverland Conference, Womelsdorf. He was a loving father of three daughters, Trisha, wife of Marlin Sensenig of Jonestown, Kendra, wife of Keith Zimmerman of Denver, and Sherina, wife of Brian Sensenig of Reamstown; and three sons, Ryan, husband of Bethany Martin Rutt of Stevens, and Austin Rutt and Jerlin Rutt, both at home. He will be missed by his nine grandchildren. He is also survived by five brothers, Delmar, husband of Nancy Martin Rutt of New York, Jay Ervin, husband of Marian Martin Rutt of Womelsdorf, Lynford, husband of Erma High Rutt of Newmanstown, Joel, husband of Irene Fox Rutt of Manheim, and Arlin, husband of Jody Martin Rutt of Grenada; and three sisters, Vanita, wife of Michael Martin of Bernville, LuAnne, wife of Harold Fox of Newmanstown, and Rhoda, wife of Mark Wenger of Mifflinburg. Funeral service will be held Monday, January 18, at 9:30 a.m. in the Martin's Mennonite Church, Church Road, Womelsdorf. Interment will be made in the adjoining church cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fairview Mennonite Reception Center, Jackson Road, Lebanon. Please omit flowers.
