  George W. Schell 
  
  MYERSTOWN George W. Schell, 89, died Sunday, September 26, 2010, at the 
  Highlands at Wyomissing, 2000 Cambridge Ave., Wyomissing. He was the husband of 
  Constance D. Schell, who died February 23, 2010. Born in Easton, on June 25, 
  1921, he was the son of the late Earl W. and Helen G. (Beckley) Schell. He was 
  a 1939 graduate of Phillipsburg High School, Phillipsburg, N.J.; 1943 graduate 
  of Lafayette College, Easton, and attended 1 year at the University of Southern 
  California. He had been a professional engineer and supervisor for Atlantic 
  Refining Co., Philadelphia, for 25 years be fore becoming plant manager of 
  Pennzoil, Oil City, for 13 years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of Friedens 
  Lutheran Church, Myerstown, American Chemical Society, Williamson Masonic Lodge 
  F & AM #307, Womelsdorf and enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading. He is 
  survived by daughters Helen C. Schell of Leesport, and Elizabeth wife of Steven 
  R. Tarr of Lansdale, and was the last of his immediate family. He was preceded 
  in death by twin sons, George and William Schell. A memorial service will be 
  held Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at 1 p.m. from Friedens Lutheran Church, 301 W. 
  Washington Ave., Myerstown. Interment at Zion United Methodist Cemetery, 
  Myerstown. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory 
  to the charity of your choice or Lafayette College, 307 Markle Hall, Easton, PA 
  18042. Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown is in charge of arrangements.
