  Jeremiah Schmeltz CARSONVILLE Jeremiah D. Schmeltz, 21, passed away Sunday, 
  June 27, 2010, at Hershey Medical Center as a result of an ATV accident on 
  Friday, June 25th, near his home. He was born on July 27, 1988, the son of 
  Richard E. Schmeltz and Kandra E. (Dohner) Rague-Schmeltz. Jere was an avid 
  fisherman. He was employed with H&K as a Paver. In addition to his parents he 
  is survived by his sister, Melissa and her husband, Alex Liebner of Duncannon; 
  brother, Christopher Rague of Wiconisco; nephews, Laco L. Carr, Jr. of 
  Elizabethville, Camron and Robert Rague of Carsonville; paternal grandmother, 
  Mary E. Schmeltz of Carsonville; maternal grandparents, Hilda and Earl Dohner 
  of Cornwall; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family will receive 
  friends on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Hoover - Boyer Funeral Homes, Inc., 
  Elizabethville. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in St 
  James' Independent Church, Carsonville, with burial to follow at the church 
  cemetery. A period a fellowship will be held at the Carsonville Hotel, Powells 
  Valley Road following the graveside service. The family prefers donations be 
  made to the Carsonville Fire Company, Powells Valley Road, Carsonville, PA 
  17032.
