  Walter K. Scholl Sr. 
   
  GIRARDVILLE Walter K. Scholl, Sr., 77, died Tuesday, October 12, 2010, in his 
  residence. He was the husband of Ruth Ann Blauch Scholl, who died in 1999. Born 
  in Reading, on November 27, 1932, he was the son of the late Martin and Ethel 
  Bechtold Scholl. Walter was a self-employed pilot car driver. He is survived by 
  one daughter, Regina Burris of San Bernardino, Calif.; one son, Walter K. 
  Scholl, Jr. and wife, Lisa of Nampa, Idaho; six grandchildren, Emily R. Burris, 
  Brandon, Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Noah, and Emalee Scholl; one stepgrandchild, 
  Christopher Scholl; and two sisters, Betty Quire and Shirley Strausser, both of 
  Fleetwood. He was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Scholl; and two 
  brothers, Warren and Paul Scholl. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 3 
  p.m. from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. 
  Inurnment will follow in South Bellegrove Cemetery. A visitation will be held 
  one hour prior to the service, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home. There is 
  no viewing. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Walter's name to 
  the American Cancer Society , P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042; or American 
  Diabetes Association , 3544 N. Progress Ave., Harrisburg, PA 17110.
