  Violet K. Shertzer 
  
  Violet K. Shertzer GRANTVILLE Violet K. Shertzer, 94, died Sunday, May 30, 
  2010, at home. Born August 10, 1915, in South Annville Township, Lebanon 
  County, she was a daughter of the late John D. and Clara E. (Gerberich) Kiefer. 
  She was the widow of Lloyd K. Shertzer who died January 3, 2001, and was also 
  preceded in death by a brother, Russell Kiefer; and sister, Anna Hetrick. 
  Retired from Hershey Foods Corporation, she was a member of St. John's United 
  Methodist Church, Grantville and East Hanover Township Autumn Leaves. Surviving 
  are her daughter, Mary Ann, wife of Dennis Coffman of Harrisburg; grandsons, 
  Troy, husband of Beth McNaughton and Shane McNaughton; greatgranddaughter, 
  Vivian McNaughton; and caregivers, Tracy and Patrick Connors. A funeral service 
  will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's United Methodist Church, 165 
  Firehouse Road, Grantville, preceded by a viewing from 10 a.m. Interment will 
  be in Grantville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to St. John's 
  United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 130, Grantville, PA 17028.
