  William H. Shutt Sr. 
   
  William H. Shutt, Sr. MANCHESTER William H. Shutt, Sr., 70, of East Manchester 
  Township, died at 5:15 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2010, at York Hospital. He was 
  the husband of Georgiann M. (Books) Shutt, to whom he was married over 50 
  years. Born November 7, 1939, in Lebanon, he was a son of the late William A. 
  and Margaret E. (Hoffman) Shutt, and stepson of the late Bertha M. Shutt. He 
  had worked as a truck driver and mechanic, and had served in the Army National 
  Guard. He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, York, the Shiloh 
  American Legion, Post 791, and the Viking Athletic Association. In addition to 
  his wife, Mr. Shutt is survived by a son, William H. Shutt, Jr. of Etters; a 
  daughter, Sandra L. Ford of York; three grandchildren, Scott Fidler of York, 
  and Brandon Shutt and Katelyn Shutt, both of Dover; and his beloved Pomeranian, 
  Rusty. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Shutt. A memorial service 
  is scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 S. 
  Main St., Manchester, with his pastor, the Rev. J.P. Bohanan, officiating. 
  Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Make-
