  Frank S. Shyda, Jr. LEBANON Frank S. Shyda, Jr., 84, died on Saturday, January 
  9, 2010, at his home. He was born on Tuesday, March 3, 1925, to the late Frank 
  S. Sr., and Mary Shyda in Lebanon. Mr. Shyda worked in oil delivery and furnace 
  repair. He was a veteran of the Army in World War II, and enjoyed Nascar and 
  fishing. Surviving are son, Robert R. Sr., spouse of Brenda of Palmyra; 
  grandchildren, Michelle Kleinfelter, Peggy Smith, and Robert R. Ruhl, Jr.; nine 
  greatgrandchildren; and sisters, Victoria Brunn, and Christine Raiger, both of 
  Lebanon. He was preceded in death by wife Irene A. Shyda who passed on 
  September 29, 1999; a sister, Pauline Gerhart; and brothers, Chester, 
  Edward 'Jack', Thaddeus, Sigmund Sr., and John Shyda. Visitation will be on 
  Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland 
  Street, Lebanon. No viewing. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 11 a.m. 
  at the funeral home. Burial will be at Ebenezer 'Greenwood' Cemetery, Lebanon, 
  following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer 
  Society, 526 Cumberland St., Lebanon, PA 17042. Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. 
  is honored to serve the family with the arrangements.
