  Carole L. Smith MYERSTOWN Carole L. Smith, 75, died on Tuesday, August 10, 
  2010, at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on Sunday, September 9, 1934, to 
  the late William Kinsella and Muriel Kinsella nee VanWart in Yonkers, N.Y. When 
  she moved to Myerstown in 2002, Carole became a member of St. Luke's Episcopal 
  Church. Carole was the co-owner of Franklin Printing in New Paltz, N.Y., for 32 
  years. She served on the New Paltz, N.Y., village board as a village trustee 
  for six years and as a deputy mayor for four years. She was an active member of 
  St. Andrews Episcopal Church and served on the vestry for several years. She 
  was a member of the New Paltz Chamber of Commerce for 30 years and president 
  for one year. Surviving are loving husband of 54 years, Joseph Smith; 
  daughters, Karen, spouse of John Skillman, and Kimberlie, spouse of Glenn Hyde; 
  son, Joseph, spouse of Lisa Smith; grandchildren, Matthew and fianc"e, 
  Samantha, Kathleen, Craig, Holly, Eric, Jessica, and Jason; and sister-in-law, 
  Edith Templeton. She was preceded in death by brother, Lawrence Kinsella. 
  Viewing will be on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, 
  Inc., 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Thursday at 10 
  a.m. at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 22 S. 6th St., Lebanon. Burial will be at 
  Friedens Memorial Park, Myerstown, following the service. Memorial 
  contributions may be made to American Heart Association , P.O. Box 1263, 
  Lebanon, PA 17042; or American Stroke Association , 7272 Greenville Ave., 
  Dallas, TX 75231. The family would like to thank the staff at Good Samaritan 
  Hospital ICU and the hospice nurses for the superb care they provided Carole.
