  Kathleen M. Smith 
  
  PALMYRA Kathleen M. Smith, 49, of 101 South Railroad St., died Friday, 
  September 24, 2010, in the Hershey Medical Center. Born in Lebanon, on January 
  7, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Harold R. and Eva R. Smith 
  Smith. She was employed as a part time dietary aid at Countryside Christian 
  Community, N. Annville Twp. Kathleen was a 1978 graduate of Annville-Cleona 
  High School and a 1979 graduate of the Lebanon Vo-Tech LPN Program. She was a 
  member of St. John's Evangelical Congregational Church, Steelstown, where she 
  sang in the church choir. Surviving are two brothers, Richard A., husband of 
  Donna Smith of Hampton, Va., and Harold R., husband of Debra Smith of Lebanon; 
  two sisters, Romaine, wife of Carroll Martin of Annville, and Sandra Pugsley of 
  Boston, Mass.; seven nieces; and nine great-nieces and nephews. Funeral 
  services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. from St. John's E.C. Church, 683 
  Steelstown Road, Annville 17003. Interment will be held in the church cemetery. 
  Viewing will be held on Monday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Kreamer 
  Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville, and also from 10 to 11 
  a.m. prior to the service. Contributions may be made to St. John's E.C. Church 
  Special Needs Fund in memory of Kathleen.
