  Anna M. Snyder 
  
  MYERSTOWN Anna M. Snyder, 75, formerly of Pine Grove, passed away at her home 
  with her family at her side on August 31, 2010, after a courageous battle with 
  cancer. Born in Rock, on April 9, 1935, she was the daughter of the late 
  Stanley R. and Helen Krammes Barr. She was the owner & operator of the Elegante 
  Beauty Salon, Ravine, retiring in 2006. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, 
  reading and her beloved dog Benji. She is survived by a son, David R. husband 
  of Catherine Snyder of Lansford; daughter, Susan E. Snyder and partner, Eileen 
  Loncar of Myerstown; sister, Jeanette wife of Gene Zopp of Galipolis Ferry, 
  West Virginia; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild. She was preceded in 
  death by a son, Daniel L. Snyder in 2004. Services will be private at the 
  convenience of family. Arrangements are being handled by Grose Funeral Home, 
  Myerstown.
