  Lorraine J. Spangler FREDERICKSBURG Lorraine J. Spangler, 80, passed away on 
  Friday, January 1, 2010, at the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. For 47 years, 
  she was the loving and longtime companion of Guy J. Daub, Sr. Born in Somerset, 
  on October 27, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Anna Arrich 
  Meyers. She was a member of the Kantner United Methodist Church and the 
  Stoystown Historical Society. She also attended the Fredericksburg United 
  Methodist Church. In addition to her companion, she is survived by her sons, 
  Gregory A., husband of Sally Spangler of Tower City, and Mark J., husband of 
  Shirley Spangler of Bethel; brother, Richard "Rich", husband of Ruth Meyers of 
  Somerset; sisters, Madeline "Honey", wife of the late John Shaffer of Johnstown 
  and Durelles, wife of Richard Jock of Stoystown; and three grandchildren, 
  Jennifer, Joseph and Adam Spangler. She was preceded in death by her husband, 
  Joseph Spangler; and a brothers Wilbert "Bud" husband of Claire Meyers of 
  Stoystown and Robert "June" Meyers, Jr., the husband of Helene of Stoystown. 
  Viewing will be held on Monday evening, January 4, 2010, from 5 to 7 p.m. at 
  the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., 
  Jonestown. Interment will be held on Wednesday at the Lambertsville Cemetery, 
  Somerset County.
