  Carolyn L. Spurri LEBANON Carolyn L. Spurri, 41, died Thursday, April 22, 2010, 
  at the Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, after a long battle with cancer. Born 
  in Philadelphia and raised in Bensalem, Carolyn had been a Lebanon area 
  resident for the past 12 years. Carolyn was a teacher's aid in the Cornwall 
  Lebanon School District for the past five years. Carolyn enjoyed working with 
  children and spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her father, 
  William Schied, and her brother, Thomas. Carolyn is survived by her husband of 
  20 years, Kevin J. Spurri. She will be missed by her loving son, Joseph 
  M. "Joey". She is also survived by her mother, Carolyn Schreffler and her 
  husband, Fred; her brothers, William and his wife, Amanda, and Robert and his 
  wife, Elaine; and four sisters, Colleen DiStefano and her husband, Dom, Marie 
  Schreffler and her fiance, Paul Papa, Michelle Esbensen and her husband, Chuck, 
  and Pam Schied. Relatives and friends are invited to call Tuesday from 9 to 10 
  a.m. at Maternity B.V.M. Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Ave., Philadelphia 19115 
  and to her funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
