  Donald F. Sweitzer FREDERICKSBURG Donald F. Sweitzer, 81, passed away at his 
  home on Thursday, May 27, 2010. He was the husband of Hope Ellis Sweitzer. They 
  would have celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary on June 26, 2010. Born in 
  Hawley, on September 26, 1928, he was the son of the late Frederick W. and Mary 
  E. Gregory Sweitzer. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three 
  daughters, Priscilla A. (Joseph) Lorah of Moravia, N.Y., Cynthia M. (Joseph) 
  Dwyer of Cortland, N.Y., and Carol L (Robert) Daughton of Ferndale, N.Y.; one 
  brother, James (Betty) Sweitzer of Otisville, N.Y.; two sisters, Lorraine 
  (Allen) Hazen of Marshalls Creek and Ruth Rose of Potomac, Md.; four 
  grandchildren, Melissa and Samantha Lorah, and Hilary and Christopher Dwyer; 
  one stepgrandchild, John Daughton; and one step great-grandchild, Jack 
  Daughton. He was predeceased by his sister, Hilda James. Don served in the Air 
  Force during the Korean War and was a member of the Masonic Lodge 226. Don 
  enjoyed woodworking, traveling, gardening, and spending time with his loving 
  family. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at 9 a.m. at 
  the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, E. Hanover Twp., with full military 
  honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Masonic Charities, 
  Youth and Senior Care, Elizabethtown, PA, 17022; or the American Heart 
  Association , 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603. Kreamer & Lum Funeral 
  Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
