  MYERSTOWN Carl R. Tice, Jr., 58, died suddenly Saturday, October 2, 2010, at 
  the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. He was the husband of Wanda R. 
  (Klingbeil) Tice. His first wife was the late Susan Bunderman Tice, who died in 
  1983. Born in Lebanon, on May 6, 1952, he was the son of the late Carl R., Sr. 
  and Nancy E. (Gettle) Tice. He was a 1970 graduate of ELCO High School and 
  served in the U.S. Marines Corps during the Vietnam War. He worked in the 
  garment industry for many years and most recently had been employed at Pacific 
  Coast Feather, Lebanon. He was a member of the Goodwill Fire Co., Myerstown, 
  Mt. Aetna Fire Co. and Myerstown VFW. He enjoyed sports, playing softball and 
  music and was an avid Philadelphia Flyers fan. In addition to his wife, he is 
  survived by a daughter, Vanessa Logan of Lebanon; son, Carl R. Tice, III of 
  Myerstown; grandchildren, Abigail Logan and Shawn Kurtz; sisters, Gail Shaud of 
  Lebanon and Jodi wife of Timothy Lynch of Myerstown; several nieces and 
  nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. from Grose Funeral 
  Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown. Viewing Wednesday at 12 p.m. Interment 
  at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. In lieu of flowers, memorial 
  contributions may be made to the American Heart Assn., P.O. Box 1263, Lebanon, 
  PA 17042.
