  Janice M. Trulik 
  
  JONESTOWN Janice M. Trulik, 68, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2010, in 
  the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the companion of Jon E. Plasterer 
  for 16 years. Born in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late George and 
  Helen Hudock Wanchalk. Mrs. Trulik was employed by Cornwall Manor in 
  Housekeeping. She enjoyed crocheting and dancing. She was a former member of 
  St. Pauls Catholic Church, Annville. In addition to her companion, she is 
  survived by a son, Scott R. Eisenhauer, husband of Maria, Lillington, N.C.; 
  daughter, Faith A., wife of Kim Wolfe, Lebanon; two grandchildren, Kurtis R. 
  Livering, Lebanon and Issac L. Eisenhauer, Dallas Texas; step-grandchildren, 
  Matthew K. Wolfe, Bellefonte, Megan K. Padovani, Jonestown; brothers, Dennis 
  and David Wanchalk; and several nieces and nephews. Janice was preceded in 
  death by a brother, George Wanchalk. Services will be private. The Rohland 
  Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
