M. shabodeho@aol.com August 27, 2010, 12:32 am Published in Lebanon Daily News from August 23 to August 24, 2010 Elmer H. Ulrich ROBESONIA Elmer H. Ulrich, 82, died August 21, 2010, at his residence. He was the husband of Betty J. (Redcay) Ulrich, with whom he shared 56 years of marriage. Born in Millcreek Twp., he was a son to the late Edwin P. and Rosie A. (Boyer) Ulrich. He worked for Murdough Landscaping in Robesonia for 45 years retiring in 1988. He was a member of St. Daniel's Lutheran Church in Robesonia. He was a lifetime member of the Pioneer Hose Co. #1 in Robesonia. He grew up farming and enjoyed gardening and loved nature. In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters, Sharlene A. Williams, Patricia L. Yoder, and Karen K. wife of Garry Degler, all of Robesonia; four grandchildren, Kathryn L. Yoder, Christine M. Williams, Andrew P. Degler, and Joshua A. Yoder, all of Robesonia; a brother, Irwin J. Ulrich, Robesonia; and three sisters, Elsie M. Ulrich Robesonia, Mary A. Ulrich, Robesonia, and Minnie E. Duffy, Newmanstown. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, Wernersville, with the Rev. William H. Weiser officiating. Friends are invited to call 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sinking Spring. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Blue Bird Box in Mr. Ulrich's Name at Mill Creek Wildlife Area, P.O. 110, Klieinfeltersville, PA 17039.
