  Lester W. Ulrich 
  
  Lester W. Ulrich ROBESONIA Lester W. Ulrich, 90, died Sunday, July 4, 2010, at 
  Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was the husband of Eva V. (Ressler) Ulrich who 
  died December 6, 2007. Born in Millcreek Twp., he was the son of the late Jacob 
  and Leah (Wolfe) Ulrich. He was a member of Swamp Evangelical Lutheran Church 
  and a past member of the church choir. He is an Army veteran, having served in 
  WWII as a Sgt and army ranger on the 36th Div. While in the service he received 
  three purple hearts. He was a member of the Reinholds Lions Club and a life 
  member of Reinholds VFW Post 6759. He was also the former superintendent of St. 
  Daniel's Lutheran Church Sunday School and a past member of the Reading/Berks 
  County Association of Realtors. He began farming in 1956 and received his Real 
  Estate License in 1970. He worked as a real estate salesman for the former Fry 
  Associates, West Lawn and the former Park Road Realtors, Wyomissing. He is 
  survived by three sons, Mitchell L. Ulrich, Kansas City, Kansas, Troy D. 
  Ulrich, Robesonia Michael S. Ulrich, Robesonia; two daughters, Sharon S. Levan, 
  Robesonia, and Christine A. Werner, Sinking Spring; 10 grandchildren, Chad, 
  Park, Mark, and Adrienne Ulrich, Shelley Stokes, Susan Levan, Scott and Douglas 
  Werner, Andy and Joe Lutz; and 12 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 
  10 a.m. Friday at Swamp Evangelical Lutheran Church, Reinholds with Rev. Dennis 
  Trout officiating. Friends are invited to call 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lamm & 
  Witman Funeral Home, Wernersville and 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at the church. 
  Interment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made 
  to Swamp Lutheran Church Reinholds, PA 17569.
