  LEBANON Karen L. Urban, 62, died Saturday, December 11, 2010, at the Good 
  Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of Kenneth S. Urban, Sr. Born in 
  Lebanon on July 5, 1948, Karen was the daughter of the late Roy and Gladys 
  Blouch Clay. Karen was a cosmetologist who owned her own salon for over 25 
  years.. She enjoyed knitting, reading, and spending time with her 
  grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is survived by five children, 
  Kenneth S. Urban, Jr. of Lebanon; Kristopher D. Urban of Lebanon; Jonathan T., 
  husband of Becky Urban of Jonestown; Matthew J. Urban of Lebanon; and Nathan D. 
  Urban, of Lebanon; three grandchildren, Meghan, Kristian, and Taylor; one 
  brother, Theodore Clay Sr. of Lebanon; one sister, Carol, wife of Frank Yeagley 
  of Annville; one aunt, Elva Blouch of Elizabethtown; and several nieces and 
  nephews. Funeral Service Wednesday at 12 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., 
  126 S. 9th St., Lebanon. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Viewing Wednesday 
  morning 11 a.m. to 12 noon at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, memorial 
  contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society , P.O. Box 1274, 
  Lebanon, PA 17042; or the American Heart Association , 335 S. 8th St., Lebanon, 
  PA 17042.
