  LEBANON Patricia A. 'Pat' Vance, 71, died on Sunday, December 26, 2010, at Good 
  Samaritan Hospital. She was born on Monday, October 23, 1939, to the late Paul 
  Eisenhour and Helen Eisenhour nee Houser in Lebanon. She enjoyed bingo, 
  reading, crossword puzzles and gardening. Surviving are sons, Thomas spouse of 
  Sherry Vance, Jonestown, Phil spouse of Kim Vance, Myerstown, Cory Vance, Fla.; 
  daughter, Tammy spouse of Erasmo Castaneda, Lebanon; nine grandchildren; one 
  great-grandchild; brothers, Harold Eisenhour, Lebanon, Donald Eisenhour, 
  Carlisle; sisters Ethel Martin, Blueball, Julia Milanchus, Lebanon, Shirley 
  Davis, Lebanon. She was preceded in death by son, Eugene Vance; brothers 
  Clarence Eisenhour, Lester Eisenhour, Lloyd Eisenhour, Arthur Eisenhour, Carl 
  Eisenhour; sisters Pauline Palm, Dorothy Good, Doris Good. Viewing will be on 
  Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland 
  St., Lebanon. Funeral services will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral 
  home.Burial will be at Mt. Annville Cemetery, Annville, following the service.  
  Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. is honored to serve the family with the 
  arrangements.
