  Caroll C. Via HUMMELSTOWN Caroll C Via, 76, went home to be with the Lord 
  Monday, April 12, 2010. He was the beloved husband of 40 years to Marie A. Noll-
  Via; loving father of Caroll F. Via of Oviedo, Fla., Penny Hagerty of 
  Wilmington, Del., and Tina Harris of Brookeville; cherished grandfather of 
  Ashley Harris and Sarah Hagerty; and brother of Gloria Westmorland of Orlando, 
  Fla. He was proceeded in death by his loving parents, Frank W. Via and Alberta 
  M. Via; his brothers, Frank W. Via and Arlington Via; and his sister, Carloyn 
  Via. Caroll proudly served his country during his service in the United States 
  Navy. He will be remembered as a man of God and a loving husband and father. He 
  will have a private burial service for family and friends. A memorial service 
  will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 17, at the Independent Bible Church of 
  Sand Beach, 216 Canal St., Hummelstown, 17036, at which he was an active 
  member. The family requests donations be made to the church in his memory.
