  Leon C. Wealand 
  
  EPHRATA Leon C. Wealand, 87, died Monday, November 8, 2010, of natural causes 
  at the Hospice of Lancaster County in Mt. Joy. He was the husband of Patricia 
  J. (Noll) Wealand. Born in Millbach, Lebanon County, he was the son of the late 
  Irvin and Bertha (Hartman) Wealand. He last worked for Ephrata National Bank 
  for 17 years as a Courier. He was a member of Hope United Methodist Church, 
  Ephrata, and a member of the Dutchland Polkateers. In addition to his wife, he 
  is survived by two sons, Alan H. Noll of New Holland and and Kevin D. Wealand 
  of Ephrata; a daughter, Leona F. Luciano of Ephrata; a sister, Amy Bennetch of 
  Stouchsburg; two sisters-in-law, Emma Peiffer of Newmanstown and Fay Baggott of 
  North Charleston, S.C.; nine grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. He 
  was predeceased by a daughter, Candace Morgan in 1979, and a son, Noel Wealand 
  in 1997. Services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Hope United Methodist 
  Church, 3474 Rothsville Road, Ephrata, PA 17522, with the Rev. James L. Garner, 
  Jr. officiating. Interment at Millcreek Memorial Cemetery, Newmanstown. Friends 
  are invited to call Thursday 12 to 1 p.m. at Hope United Methodist Church. In 
  lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope United Methodist 
  Church at the above address. Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, Inc., Wernersville, is 
  handling arrangements.
