Weibley PALMYRA Clarence "Bill" Edward Weibley, 78, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center with his loving wife by his side. He was born Saturday, June 18, 1932, in Harrisburg, to the late Otho R. and Esther (Hawthorne) Weibley. He graduated from John Harris High School in 1951, worked for Central Iron and Steel Fabrication until 1958, then Geo-Surveys, Inc. until 1979. He started driving truck in 1980, worked as a casual for UPS until he retired in 1997. He logged 1,132,808 safe driving miles with UPS. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Janet (Lehman) Weibley; three children, Linda Weibley of Harrisburg, Teresa Smart and husband, Jim of Lewisbury, and John Weibley and wife, Freida of W. Hanover Twp.; three stepchildren, Jeffrey Yiengst and wife, Marsha of Swatara Twp., Michael Yiengst and wife, Julie of Palmyra, and Pamela Miller and husband, Greg of Hummelstown; 10 grandchildren; 10 greatgrandchildren; and one sister, France Holmes and husband, Everett of New York. He was predeceased by two sons, Ricky Yiengst and Jimmy Weibley; and a sister, Margaret Wyland. Memorial services will be held Monday, August 16, at 3 p.m. at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, 17078 with the Rev. William Russell officiating. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 2 p.m. until time of the service. Burial in Grandview Memorial Park, Annville, will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his honor to Pinnacle Health Hospice, 2645 N. 3rd St., Harrisburg, PA 17110.
