  Phyllis Y. Wengert CEDAR HAVEN Phyllis Y. Wengert, 77, passed away peacefully 
  surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, May 30, 2010. Born in Lebanon on 
  April 23, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Martha Orner of 
  Cornwall. Phyllis was a retired employee of The Lebanon School District and a 
  member of the Cornwall United Methodist Church. She enjoyed baking, listening 
  to Elvis and loved her family very much. Phyllis also volunteered for the Avon 
  Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her sister, Shirley V. Orner of 
  Cornwall, she is survived by her children, John Orner and wife, Sharon of 
  Cornwall, Jonell Cramer and partner, Michael Patton of Lebanon, Marsha Lux of 
  Cornwall, Russell Wengert and his fianc", Kim Long of Lebanon and Sandra 
  Delgado, wife of Jaime Delgado of Lancaster; 11 grandchildren; and 12 
  greatgrandchildren. A private service will be held at the convenience of the 
  family.
