Fisher Williams, 87, formerly of Palmyra, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at her home. Born in Lower Swatara Township, on December 20, 1922, she was the daughter of the late John V. and Anna M. Deimler Fisher. Fern was a devoted homemaker. She was a member of Calvary Bible Church in Mt. Wilson. In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Williams, Sr. She is survived by two sons, The Rev. Kenneth R. Williams, Jr. husband of Loretta of Atlanta, Ga., and Kevin R. Williams husband of Christa of Warminster; one daughter, Kathy Ann Hess wife of Steven L. Hess, Sr. of Elizabethtown; four sisters, Mildred F. Gipe and Lucille W. Houser, both of Elizabethtown, Alma L. Hyde of Union Deposit, and Belva F. Sheaffer of Derry Township; five brothers, Norman A. Fisher, Ralph G. Fisher and Harvey M. Fisher, all of Derry Township, LeRoy R. Fisher of Hummelstown, and Donald H. Fisher of Wellsville; five grandchildren, Jessica Seibert, Steven Hess, Jr., Lori Sanders, Jonathan Williams, and Joshua Williams; and three greatgrandchildren, Breeahna Seibert, Sydney Seibert, and Gavin Sanders. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 W. Main St., Hummelstown, with The Rev. Howard Hess, officiating. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, East Hanover Township. Friends are invited to a viewing in the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans Administration Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042.
