  S.F.C. Richard H. Witman, Ret. LEBANON S.F.C. Richard H. Witman, Ret., 81, 
  passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2010, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He 
  was the husband of Claudia A. McCracken Witman, with whom he celebrated his 
  56th wedding anniversary this past December. Born in Lebanon on July 7, 1928, 
  he was the son of the late Charles P. and Gertrude D. Seabold Witman. Richard 
  served his country in the U.S. Army where he was an Army recruiter and achieved 
  the ranking of Sergeant First Class. He was a member of the United Methodist 
  Church of West Lebanon and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Surviving, in 
  addition to his wife, are three sons, Daniel R. Witman and wife, Tina of 
  Lebanon, Ronald L. Witman and wife, Kyle of Lawn, and Charles L. Witman and 
  wife, Karen of Grantville; two daughters, Penny K. and husband, Kurt Yordy of 
  Campbelltown, and Diane E. and husband, Todd Mease of Lebanon; brother, Charles 
  L. Witman of Hughesville; 12 grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren; and many 
  nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Thomas B. Witman; a 
  brother, John A. Witman; and two sisters, Ann M. Brenner and Hilda M. Youngman. 
  Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1 p.m. from the Kreamer Funeral 
  Home & Crematory 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be held in Grand 
  View Memorial Park Annville.Viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior 
  to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be 
  made to the American Cancer Society , P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042.
