  Kenneth G. Alquist Sr. 
   
  PALMYRA Kenneth G. Alquist, Sr., 75, went to be with the Lord Monday, December 
  12, 2011, at home. Born November 30, 1936, in New Kensington, he was a son of 
  the late Herman V. and Geraldine (Irvin) Alquist. A retired electrician from 
  the Milton Hershey School, he was a member of Faith Baptist Church, Lebanon, 
  sang in the Landmark Quartet for 10 years, and was a U.S. Army veteran. 
  Surviving are his wife, Janice A. (Wolfe) Alquist; children, Kip, husband of 
  Pam Alquist of Palmyra, Tim Alquist of Star, Idaho, Jody, husband of Mandy 
  Alquist of Palm Springs, California, and Rebecca Alquist of Palm Springs, 
  California; step children, Sue, wife of Dean Harvey of Palmyra and Todd Illig 
  of Sarver; siblings, George, husband of Myrna Alquist of South Carolina, 
  Betty, wife of Bob Scanga of New Jersey and Dennis, husband of Flora Alquist 
  of Palmyra; and grandchildren, Rebecca, Haley, Miranda, Kenny, Albert, Bowen, 
  Jalen and Jeanell Alquist and Beth Harvey. A memorial service will be held 4 
  p.m. Thursday at Faith Baptist Church, 220 S. 22nd St., Lebanon, preceded by a 
  visitation from 3 p.m. Private interment, with military honors, will be at 
  Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
