  Erlene F. Arnold 
   
  LEBANON Erlene F. Arnold, 86, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011, in 
  Spang Crest Manor. She was the wife of Donald J. Arnold, Sr. Erlene was born 
  in Lebanon on April 10, 1925, the daughter of the late Harvey and Stephania 
  (Kardos) Fisher. Erlene was a Registered Nurse having worked at the Lebanon 
  Sanitorium and the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. She was 
  a 1943 graduate of Lebanon Catholic High School and a graduate of St. Joseph 
  School of Nursing in Reading. She was a member of The Church of St. Cecilia. 
  She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, traveling and going to stage 
  productions in New York. Surviving in addition to her husband are four 
  children, Donald J. Arnold, Jr. of Bowie, Md.; Stephan A., husband of Dawn 
  Arnold of Forest Hill, Md.; Thomas W. Arnold of Woodland, Calif., and Kathleen 
  M. Glover of Lebanon; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She 
  was the last of her immediate family. Erlene was preceded in death by a 
  brother, Robert Fisher. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11 a.m. from The Church of 
  St. Cecilia 202 E. Lehman St. Lebanon 17046. Interment will be on Holy Cross 
  Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday morning 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.  
  Thompson Funeral Home, Inc.. is entrusted with the arrangements.
