  STOUCHSBURG Arlene I. Becker, 87, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at the Reading 
  Hospital and Medical Center. She was the wife of Harold V. Becker, who died on 
  November 16, 2001. Born in Jackson Twp., on October 4, 1923, she was the 
  daughter of the late Edwin and Minnie (Steinmetz) Boyer. She was employed by 
  the Publix Shirt Co., Myerstown, for over 30 years until her retirement. She 
  was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Stouchsburg. She is survived by a 
  daughter, Donna A. Becker of Richland; granddaughters, Heather, wife of Matthew 
  Pavlichko of Myerstown, and Julie, wife of Stroh Eisenhauer of Stouchsburg; 
  four great-grandchildren; sister, Anna Conrad of Womelsdorf; and several nieces 
  and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 13, 2011, at 4 p.m. 
  from Christ Lutheran Church, 27 Long's Church Lane, Womelsdorf. There will be 
  no viewing. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu 
  of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. 
  Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
