  George D. Burlingame 
  
  JONESTOWN George D. Burlingame, 86, died Sunday, May 22, 2011 in ManorCare 
  Health Services, Lebanon. He was the husband of Teola M. Haynes Burlingame who 
  died in 2006. Born in Olean, N.Y. on February 25, 1925, he was the son of the 
  late Jiggs and Minnie Burlingame. He was employed by Plumbers and Pipe Fitters, 
  Local #520, Harrisburg and a US Navy Veteran of WWII stationed on the U.S.S. 
  Alaska. George was a graduate of Olean High School and a member of the Veterans 
  of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. Surviving are a daughter, Nancy K. 
  Clinger of Palmyra; a sister, Dorothy wife of Pat Haines of Buffalo, N.Y.; two 
  grandchildren, Greg husband of Christy Clinger of Annville, Suzan wife of Lee 
  Shuey of Annville; and three great-grandchildren, Mikayla Shuey, Riley Clinger, 
  and Hunter Shuey. He was preceded in death by a brother, Louis Burlingame; and 
  a sister, Jean Burlingame. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 3 p.m. 
  from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main St., Annville. 
  Interment will be held in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg with Full 
  Military Honors. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to 
  the service at the funeral home.
