  William Harold Ulrich Cassel 
  
  AUBURN William "Bill" Harold Ulrich Cassel, 65, passed away on Sunday, August 
  7, 2011 at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. He was born Sunday, August 19, 
  1945, in Lebanon, to the late Harold L. and Marilyn (Ulrich) Cassel. He is 
  survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Sharon B. (Greeninger) Cassel. He 
  graduated from Palmyra High School in 1963, served in the U.S. Navy during 
  Vietnam, graduated from the PA State Police Academy in 1970, stationed at 
  Troop H in Lancaster, served in Special Service Division, Troop S in 
  Harrisburg. He worked as maintenance manager at Sherwin Williams in 
  Fredericksburg, Cabela's in Hamburg. He was a Life Member of NRA, and an avid 
  hunter and fisherman. He is survived by three sons, Brian Cassel of Myerstown, 
  Todd Cassel of Palmyra, and Rodney Cassel and wife Victoria of Fredericksburg; 
  six grandchildren, Zachary, Brianna, Aubrey, Olivia, Luke and Jeremy Cassel; a 
  brother, Donald S. Cassel of Hershey; a sister, Bonnie K. Kreiser and husband 
  Richard of Palmyra. He was predeceased by a brother, Dennis J. Cassel. Funeral 
  services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Rothermel Funeral Home & 
  Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra 17078 with Rev. Douglas E. 
  Smith officiating. Family and friends are invited for viewing from 9 a.m. 
  until time of the service. Burial with full military honors will follow in 
  Ebenezer Cemetery, Lebanon.
