  Catherine M. Checket 
  
  LEBANON Catherine M. "Cass" Checket, 90, formerly of S. Lebanon Township, 
  passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2011, at Manor Care of Lebanon. 
  Catherine was the wife of the late Edward Checket. Born in Lebanon, on 
  September 2, 1921, she was a daughter of the late William and Sarah (Steele) 
  Kale. She was retired from Warner-Lambert (Pfizer) and enjoyed cooking and 
  baking, especially making cookies. Catherine was the wife of the late Edward 
  Checket. She was a member of the Church of St. Cecilia, Lebanon. Surviving are 
  sons, Edward W. Checket, husband of Carol, and Robert H. Checket, husband of 
  Ruthann, both of Lebanon; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. 
  Also surviving are a sister, Mary Light of Rochester, N.Y.; a brother, Richard 
  Kale of Phoenix, Ariz.; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death 
  by sister, Jane Frantz; by brothers, William, Howard, and Edward Kale; and by 
  granddaughter, Kristen Checket. Private family graveside service will be held 
  at Holy Cross Cemetery. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. is handling the 
  arrangements
